Hello

We are an Costa Rican family of four, living in harmony with nature and animals at La Paz Ranch - a small rural paradise where life moves to the rhythm of horse hooves and the clucking of chickens.

 

Migue is the heart of the ranch and a true horse expert. He's worked with them his whole life and has a special gift for understanding, guiding, and caring for them.

I'm Jacqueline, his wife, and I share his deep love for animals. I enjoy welcoming people from all over the world who come to live this experience, and I'll be here to support you throughout you volunteer journey.

 

Our children, Leonora and Gonzalo, are also part of this adventure. They're growing up surrounded by nature, animals, and values like respect, cooperation, and connection to a simple, meaningful life.

 

At La Paz Ranch, we open our doors to volunteers who want to experience rural life up close, leanr through hands-on connection with horses, cows, dogs, chickens, and more- and become part of our family for a while. 

 

More than a volunteer project, it's a life experience.
